A year ago I didn't know what to expect of the future, but now when I think about it, year 2009 was one of the most educating time periods of my entire life. In the middle of all this education I managed to have some unforgettable moments as well, like this beach holiday in Sweden.

During the Christmas holidays we eat much more than usually. We also have to process this huge amount of food through our ecosystems, wherefore we poo a lot more than normally. This makes me wonder, is there enough poo to create traffic jams at the sewage farm?
